Tax Obligations (Steuerliche Hinweise)
Partners operating under German Kleine Gewerbe regulations are subject to:
- Income tax on all commission earnings.
- VAT obligations if annual turnover exceeds €22,000.
- Partners are responsible for proper tax declaration according to German tax law.
- PT Digital provides annual commission statements upon request.
Refund Policy
- If a referred client requests a refund, the corresponding commission will be deducted from your next payment or account balance.
Data & Tracking (GDPR Compliance)
- Referrals are tracked using cookies with 30-day attribution.
- All data processing complies with GDPR regulations.
- Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.
Program Modifications
- PT Digital reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program with 30 days notice to active partners.
- Changes to commission rates will be communicated in advance.
Example Earnings
- Client spends €1,000 → You earn €200
- Client spends €5,000 → You earn €1,000
- Client spends €10,000 → You earn €2,000
